1. Nature of the Platform
This platform only provides a social information-matching service to help independent users find companions heading the same way. It is not a ride-hailing platform and offers no vehicle rental, taxi-calling, or passenger-carrying dispatch service.
2. Single-Contract Rule
Once matched, users must designate one person as the sole hirer to hire a Hong Kong licensed taxi. Every trip must strictly follow a single-origin, single-destination principle.
3. Fare Settlement
Sharing the fare between users is a private financial arrangement reached among passengers before boarding. The shared total must not exceed the legal fare shown on the taxi meter plus tunnel fees combined. No user may profit from it.
4. Private Cars Strictly Prohibited
Using a private car, or any vehicle without a hire-car permit, to carry passengers is strictly forbidden. Any such account will be permanently terminated immediately, and we reserve the right to refer the matter to the police.
5. Limitation of Liability
The platform bears no legal or civil liability for any traffic accident, personal injury, property loss, refusal of carriage by a taxi driver, or financial dispute between users arising from a trip.
